This animal is a resident in Ithala, but is not often seen in the reserves of the Elephant Coast. Do you know what it is called?
Greetings from Ithala! After all these epic sightings one would almost become blaze about animals like giraffe, but they are still one of my favorite animals! Do you like giraffe?

Family Weaver has been in South Africa with us for 6 days, and this is their score so far! Can you believe such luck: big 5 complete, 15 lions, 5 black rhino, 6 cheetah and even an aardvark!

Last week we also stayed at Rhino River Lodge, which caters specifically for families with children. The rooms were great and the game drives even better! Imagine you in this safari vehicle watching a rhino drink!

We also stayed at the amazing Leopard Mountain Game Lodge last week. Although they didn't have a pool like Mavela, the rooms look pretty impressive don't you think? Like if you think we slept well there!
Freya and I are already missing the new friends we made in Zululand Rhino Reserve, like this little one and his feathery friend.
